By booking or using services provided by Blas Prestige Notary Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Notary Disclaimer (Florida Law Compliance)

Blas Prestige Notary Solutions LLC is not a law firm. Our Notaries Public are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and may not give legal advice, explain documents, or accept fees for legal advice.

2. Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. Acceptable forms include:

  • Driver’s License

  • State Identification Card

  • Passport

For Remote Online Notarization (RON), identity verification will be completed through state-approved credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication.

Failure to provide proper identification will result in refusal of service without refund.

3. Willingness & Awareness of Signers

The Notary will verify that each signer:

  • Appears to be signing willingly

  • Is aware of the contents of the document

  • Appears mentally competent and not under duress

The Notary reserves the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

4. Document Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring documents are complete and accurate

  • Understanding the contents of the documents

Blas Prestige Notary Solutions LLC does not draft, prepare, edit, or review documents for legal accuracy or enforceability.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Notarial acts are charged in accordance with Florida Statutes

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    1. Mobile travel

    2. Remote Online Notarization

    3. Printing or scanning

    4. Waiting time

    5. After-hours, weekend, or holiday appointments

    6. Urgent or same-day requests

Payment is due at the time of service.
No notarization will be performed without payment.

6. Mobile Notary & Travel Fees

Mobile notary services include a travel fee based on:

  • Distance

  • Location

  • Time of appointment

Travel fees are non-refundable once the Notary is en route, regardless of whether notarization is completed.

7. After-Hours, Weekend & Holiday Services

  • Appointments scheduled outside standard business hours — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — are subject to an additional convenience fee.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee, including travel costs
  •  

9. Waiting Time Policy

  • Appointments include a 15-minute grace period.
    Additional waiting time may be billed at an hourly rate.

10. Remote Online Notary (RON) Terms

Remote Online Notarization requires:

  • Stable internet connection

  • A compatible device with audio/video capability

  • Successful completion of identity verification

Failure to meet technical or verification requirements may result in cancellation. Platform or technology fees are non-refundable.

11. Recording & Electronic Records

  • Remote notarization sessions may be audio/video recorded and securely stored as required by Florida law. By using RON services, clients consent to such recording.

12. Refusal of Service

Blas Prestige Notary Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • Proper ID is not provided

  • A signer appears coerced, impaired, or incapacitated

  • The document is incomplete, unlawful, or deceptive

  • The request violates Florida notary law or ethical standards

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Blas Prestige Notary Solutions LLC is not responsible for the legal validity, accuracy, or outcome of documents notarized.

    Liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted under Florida law and applicable notary bond and insurance coverage.

14. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client information is kept confidential and used solely for providing notary services, except as required by law.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida
